Officials say Russian drone and missile attacks across Ukraine have killed four people, including two in Kyiv, as Moscow kept up its pressure on the capital in the latest phase of the war, now in its fifth year. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who met with U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Turkey, says Ukraine struck oil refineries in Russia’s Saratov and Tatarstan regions. Trump said the U.S. would give a license to Ukraine to manufacture Patriot air defense systems to counter Russian attacks. Ukraine's air force reported that Russia fired 169 long-range drones and seven missiles. Russia's Defense Ministry claimed it struck arms facilities in Kyiv.
