Trick-or-treaters celebrated Halloween and Nevada Day at the governor's mansion, where the governor and first lady handed out candy. 

REMSA officials told us they want pedestrians to be seen by drivers.

Winners were selected in multiple categories including best costume duo for pets and their owners, and best overall costume.
