Things 2 Do!

This is a great weekend for dogs....and the color green. The Summit mall is teaming up with the Nevada Humane Society for the Fido Fest. Families and dogs are invited, and so are those who would like add a dog to the family. You'll find Rocky Mountain Oysters and green beer in Virginia City this weekend, leprechauns galore will be invading downtown Reno Saturday night - and don't miss the leprechaun run at The Discovery Museum in Reno on Sunday. Enjoy!

Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry in Virginia City

Ewwwww! Rocky Mountains Oysters are an acquired taste. It’s really fried bull testicles and Virginia City fries them up in all kinds of ways for St. Patrick’s Day. They celebrate both events together. Maybe they are easier to eat if you wash them down with green beer!
