Update October 16:
Deputies arrested 65-year-old Manuel Munoz in connection with the explosion that happened on October 12th at 1400 North Carson Street.
The Carson City Sheriff's Office says Munoz allegedly detonated a small explosive device, similar to an “M80,” in a parking lot.

On October 15th, detectives followed up with the case by executing a search warrant at Munoz’s home and found more small explosive devices along with precursors and materials to make other explosive devices.
